ROBIN KELLY FOR TREASURER LAUNCHES NEW CAMPAIGN WEBSITE
Kelly team continues building strong grassroots campaign

CHICAGO - The Robin Kelly for Treasurer campaign today announced the launch of www.robinfortreasurer.com, a complete and interactive campaign website. This website was developed to let Illinois voters and campaign supporters know who she is, her ideas for the Treasurer's Office, and how they can get involved with her campaign.

"This website will be a one-stop shop for Illinois voters to obtain the information they need to not only get involved with my campaign, but to also make an informed decision at the polls," said Robin Kelly. "I look forward to communicating with and hearing from voters from across the state. I understand the challenges that many families are facing. By investing in people and communities, improving financial literacy, and safeguarding Illinois' tax dollars, I know we can make a difference."

After being re-elected to a third term in the Illinois House of Representatives, Robin Kelly joined Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias as his chief of staff in January 2007. Leveraging her experience in the legislature and in community development, she helped him turn the $17 billion agency around by improving efficiencies, making the office more accessible to people throughout Illinois, and demanding stronger ethical guidelines. A graduate of Bradley University and Northern Illinois University, Robin lived in Peoria for 17 years before moving to the south suburban Cook County, where she resides with her husband and children.
